Shipping policy

Please allow a 1-3 day processing time after you place your order.  We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Please make sure you check your order for accuracy before submitting it.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient’s shipping address is correct and available for delivery.  Don’t forget to add apartment/suite numbers, east/west if applicable.  We can not ship to PO boxes, APO or FBO addresses. Mix Makery will not be responsible for packages refused by the recipient, or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. 

We recommend shipping to an address where there will be someone to accept it if there is concern that it might be stolen as we cannot be held responsible and are unable to replace packages.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping prices come from the carrier.  They consider size, weight, and distance.  We can’t change shipping prices but we search for the best carriers to deliver your order.
