This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Mix Makery LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you when you visit or make a purchase from www.mixmakery.com(the “Site”).  This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by Mix Makery LLC.

 PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit and purchase something from the Site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  When you visit the Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.  Additionally, as you browse the Site, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to individual web pages or products that you view, page interaction information, and information about how you interact with the Site.  We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”

With your permission, we may send you emails about the Site, new products and other updates.  You may unsubscribe at any time.  Mix Makery LLC will never sell your information.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and PII.

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
  • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
  • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.

Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the PII that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
